Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                         
208(FIN) be taken up at this time.  Senator Halford objected, then             
withdrew his objection.   There being no further objections, it was            
so ordered.
